fyi, its not a tiny hole. the center green is five acres in size. So, comparatively, it's quite a large hole. The Pentagon is thee largest office building in the world despite being only five stories tall purely because its just that big around. Secondly, consider the fact that the section of the E ring bearing the impact had JUST been renovated to withstand any explosion short of a nuclear strike (construction crews were still finishing the interiors ... as per several of the witnesses), you'll notice that there are several windows of BLAST PROOF glass (think about that phrase for a second) still intact near the crash zone. I don't know, maybe because they were blast proof? Last thing ... gas lines, typical of any building supplied with a gas heating system or a gas cooking system (not unlike the several restaurants inside the Pentagon, will in fact ignite when there is a huge fire in that building meaning: someone might hear an explosion several hours after a fire has been raging near those gas lines.

no plane
Notice all the lamp posts still standing here , right where the supposed plane flew through. This is so blatantly obvious that this was a missile strike. This footage will some day prove that this wasn't a foreign strike against America, but a well planned out, "Red Flag" operation. Who is to blame ? Certainly NOT some fools hiding in a cave! Just listen to the credible witness account of BOMBS going off well after the planes hit their targets. The amount of proof now available is overwhelming and it only takes some research into the facts to understand this was known before the fact.
